Upload Clinical Photos

1.Go Fromto Photo Submissions: In the eDoctorleft mobilesidebar app,menu, selectclick on "Photo RequestsSubmissions".

2.Start Selecta New Submission: Click the button"New Createsubmission" newbutton, requestfound atin the topupper-right area of the screenPhoto Submissions page.

3.Enter YouPatient willInformation:

this newSearch screen.for ProvideExisting Patient: Use the name"Search andfor dateexisting ofpatient" birthdropdown ofto find the patient. OR Enter New Patient: If the patient andis clicknew, proceed

4. Inchoose the "Enter new screen,patient" selectradio abutton site(Male/Female).

Fill in the "First name", "Last name", and "Date of birth" fields. Select the "Clinic" from the dropdown listmenu. Enter the "Referral date".

Add Spots:

Click the "+ New spot" button to start adding a new spot. Add spots: Use the left mouse button to click on the manikin (3D human model) to add a spot to the body.

Upload Photos for Each Spot:

For each spot added: click on spot location, and then click "Click to upload" within the addspot area to browse your files and select the corresponding photo. Alternatively, drag and drop the photo buttondirectly oninto the right.spot Youarea. will be

presented with a

Submit dialoguethe boxSubmission: toOnce eitheryou've takeadded newall photosspots and choose ones from your gallery. You can add one or more photos for each site.

5. Once all photos have been added, select Upload Photos button atuploaded the bottomrelevant ofphotos, click the screen."Submit" button.

6. If you have multiple locations, you need to select one from the dropdown list and then click Confirm to submit the photos
